Jelly Baby Marshmallows

“THERE’S NO POINT IN BEING GROWN UP IF YOU CAN’T ACT CHILDISH SOMETIMES.” – 4TH DOCTOR

My first Doctor was Tom Baker, whom I remember watching on our local PBS station, channel 11, in Chicago. We worked so hard on this particular marshmallow. We wanted to create one that was like the 4th Doctor's Jelly Babies.

So we bought some. And it was serendipity that led us to collaborate with a local vendor who freeze dries candy!

AstroSnax was able to take our Jelly Babies and make them into a freeze dried candy we could crush and add to the marshmallow batter, which we flavored grape with hints of lemon and orange. We topped it off with the outer shell bits.

It's fantastic!
