Returns, Refunds and Shipping

All of our items are edible and perishable. For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any product.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have any issues with an order, please reach out to us at geekygoodiesbakery@yahoo.com, and we will be happy to assist you!

SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY SHIPPING ORDERS DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS.

Domestic Orders (United States):

We ship all orders via USPS. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during or after transit.
 

LOCAL PICKUP
 

We offer local pickup from our commercial kitchen and artisan markets. Pickup information will be available at time of checkout, as market locations change.
