This recipe was 3 years in the making. We had a lot of failed test batches while we found the right consistency for the caramel swirl. 

 

It's our classic white sugar recipe, a complex flavor profile of real cinnamon, cookie butter, butter and caramel extracts, with stroopwafel crumbles, a caramel swirl and chopped stroopwafel pieces from The Dutch Waffle Company. 

 

Gluten-Free Stroopwafel 

Same recipe as our OG Stroopwafel, but using Gluten Free Stroopwafel Crumbles from The Dutch Waffle Company.
